Jeffrey Estep, the Owner of the Company, is deeply passionate about Landscaping and transforming yards into works of art. With a background in professional soccer, culminating in playing for the Harrisburg Heat, Jeffrey's dedication extends to his family, sports, outdoors, and the growth of the PRIMETIME Lawn Care & Landscaping business. Having been involved in the Landscaping industry since a young age, Jeffrey established his first Landscaping venture at 21, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. As we express our gratitude to all who have supported our business, we eagerly anticipate many more years of dedicated service. Thank you ALL!

Operations Manager
Operations Manager - Michael Schuman serves as the Operations Manager at PRIMETIME Lawn Care & Landscaping. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing and actively participating in field operations. Michael effectively coordinates and schedules the allocation of staff, equipment, and materials to ensure work completion adheres to safety protocols, quality standards, and budget constraints. Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing and exploring the outdoors. Additionally, he engages in competitive softball across the nation, leveraging his background in college baseball. With aspirations of homeownership and partnership within the company, Michael is diligently saving towards purchasing his first home next year.
Philip Thomas
Lead Foreman
Philip Thomas serves as the Lead Foreman at PRIMETIME Lawn Care & Landscaping. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, maintaining a clean job site, and guaranteeing the proper execution of all tasks. Philip effectively coordinates job assignments with the team, oversees the proper handling of equipment, and ensures that all materials are utilized efficiently.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Philip is passionate about music and has cultivated a significant online presence. He aspires to become a recognized artist in the future and is also actively involved in sports. Philip cherishes his family and is currently in the process of purchasing their first home in the Harrisburg area this year.
